Kraken CRM™ Not Loading Properly

If you're experiencing issues with Kraken CRM™, such as pages not loading properly or the application being slow, it's possible that the browser cache needs to be cleared. Browser cache stores temporary data to help websites load faster, but over time it can accumulate and cause problems. Clearing the cache can resolve these issues and improve the performance of Kraken CRM™. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to clear the cache for various browsers.

Google Chrome

  • Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

  • Select More tools and then Clear browsing data.

  • In the dialog box, select Cached images and files.

  • Choose the time range you wish to clear (select All time to clear everything).

  • Click on Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

  • Open Firefox and click on the three-line menu in the upper-right corner.

  • Select Settings and go to the Privacy & Security panel.

  • In the Cookies and Site Data section, click on Clear Data.

  • Check the box next to Cached Web Content.

  • Click on Clear.

Microsoft Edge

  • Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

  • Go to Settings, then select Privacy, search, and services.

  • Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.

  • Check the box next to Cached images and files.

  • Select the time range (choose All time to clear everything) and click on Clear now.

Safari

  • Open Safari and click on Safari in the menu bar.

  • Select Preferences and go to the Advanced tab.

  • Check the box next to Show Develop menu in menu bar.

  • Now, click on Develop in the menu bar and select Empty Caches.
